Came back from camel safari. It was wonderful. Was walking around the market area when i came across this beautiful haveli.

Jodhpur

I bought tickets for the fort museum and was walking up to it when a nice old man who was on his way to the temple joined me and started guididi me through the exterior points me interest in the fort. I completly forgot about the museum and went with him to the temple over looking the town. It was very beautiful to look at the town from here. I got am idea for photography so i spent most of the day here sitting and watching the cezanne roof tops. Suddenly all the miniature paintings made sense. I can't wait to process the films.

Everybody says hello

In jodhpur now. The train last night was crazy. I am staying at a nice haveli home. Its feels nice. I walked down the narrow streets leading to the fort and was suprised to find many photo friendly people, people who are willing to have their photos taken. I them went to the fort and listened to the beautiful song by the boy in the picture.

Alone inside a beautiful well with plenty of bats for company. Its amazing how much care and taste goes in to creating beautiful things that can also be used. This well could be just a hole in the ground but no, it is now a well and a work of art.

I usually don't like palaces and museums very much. They are strange places. But some how i like palaces that show the ravages of time. This palace with all the hookah pipes some how made it very likable. I will have my last glass of sake now. And sleep and wake up tomorrow for more travel.

Today morning i went to the little shrine of haji peer. The long road was devoid of shades from trees. And it was hot and strangely interesting. I walked around for sometime. The sand was soft like thick water.

Prag mahal bhuj

Its incredibly hot here in bhuj. I visited the new palace. It looks more like a church from the exterior. There are lots of pigeons there and everything there is peeling off. The plaster, the tiger skin, and all the skins me other animals there. I met a ferocious one eyed tiger. The other eye looked at me i felt it. Pigeons made low noises and it echoed. It was both a sad and a beautiful place. I wondered what it would have been like when the rulers were here. There must be a lot me people in the palace otherwise it would be very lonely. There is a lot of rubble around the palace from the earth yuale. I would go there again tomorrow.

Haji ali

The sun did not in until it was seven thirty. There was a golden glow in the sky as people enjoyed the beach. I am glad i came here. The raw beauty of this place is very amazing.

Marine drive

I am sitting in marine drive now watching the sun go down. There was no clouds some time ago but now there are lots of beautiful clouds and they make the sun look good.

Bombay

Bombay trains almost ruined things for me. It was very crowded. And i did not feel so good. But now i found out how to enjoy bombay. I sleep late into the morning and run late in to the night. Now its fun.
