Today near anna university a biker riding before me fell into this hole on the road and broke his right leg. Luckily no heavy vehicles were behind him. A police man came we called an ambulance and diverted traffic so that more motorists would.nt fall into that dangerous hole. Chennai receives rain everyyear, and every year chennai is unprepared.
